Background Story - "born into a life of crime"
Born in America, on the road to a large family (5 brothers, 4 sisters) and was Homeschooled. The Gypsy lifestyle
meant we were always on the road. Deyan did not mix with others much so his upbringing was true Gypsy Culture.
Father was a crime organizer and Mother was a Gypsy Witch and member of the Gypsy Tribunal.
Trained as a thief at age 5-10, Deyan worked with his twin brother daily, stealing for the family. The brothers providing for the family. Deyan and his twin brother, Kristafan, worked in pairs. The two of them cased out places for burglaries, created plan A and B, outflanking stronger targets, outnumbering those that were well equipped. Perfected the use of two weapons, becoming good with 2 weapons and using each hand with proficiency. Often Deyan and his brother fought "back to back" against multiple foes. They survived often as each other had their backs covered.

aspect - "I got your back"

Rising Conflict - "Dealing with Gypsy Tribunal, why does it have to be 3"
During the age 11-15 deyan was dealing with his arranged marriage, brothers arranged marriage
and to delay this obligation he would work extra
hard for the family stealing resources. His skills increased and gained the attention of the Tribunal.
Therefore, Deyan was forced to work for the Gypsy Witches.
No longer stealing for his family he was now stealing from "naturals", and giving the items to the supernatural witches.
The items were being used to fuel gypsy magic, gypsy rituals or just sacrificed to spirits.
The rituals, magic, and sacrifices were dark and twisted. Deyan did not like this.
Also the Gypsy Witches formed the Tribunal, which made all decisions about the family and often these
decisions were illogical, harsh, and fueled with drama. The Tribunals wielded supernatural powers and this led Deyan to fear them. Despite all this conflict, (no longer working with his twin, arranged marriage, witches) Deyan continued to do carry out the stealing for the family but despised it daily. The three women that formed the tribunal were embedded in everyday gypsy life and they made it complicated for all.

aspect - "Women!, Can't live with them, can't live without them"

First Adventure - "Stealing from the witches is a Bitch"
His fear and hatred towards the gypsy tribunals grows, they punish people, have leverage over people in the family
control family members with deep dark secrets. Continue to sacrifice and use magic for evil. Deyan learned the source of a lot of their power was in the Gypsy Grimoire, they called it the "One" book.
Deyan decided that he would end their reign of control on the family and deal with his fear by using what he knows best, stealing. Deyan set off on his first adventure, to steal the Gypsy Grimoire, to get "the One".
The "One Book" contained lore about gypsy magic, monsters, rituals and dark secrets about many people.
For weeks he cased out their lair, found weaknesses in their alarms, distracted the the witches, snuck in, stole the book. Deyan had the book, but this set off a series of traps that sealed doors, locked windows, and animated ropes grappled deyan to the floor. Deyan was able to cut his way out of the ropes with his trusty pocket watch/knife. Then picked the locks on the locked doors to bypass them. Eventually he had to break a window and he found a way out of Gypsy lair. He tried to return to his family, in hopes that the Witches did not know. But his brother called him and said "be on the run!" you have been Exiled by his Gypsy Tribunal and you are not safe to return to the family, effectively thrown out to the streets by Tribunal decision. He knew the witches would hunt him down.
Fear led him to Rhodes college for safety.

aspect - "Always a way out"
_____________________________________________________________
While on the run from the Gypsy Witches, Deyan could not hide from the gypsy divination magic . Deyan needed supernatural help. Met with Oleg Ankreiko traded a copy/access of "the One" Book for a magical veil. This magical veil keeps him safe from the scrying eyes of the Gypsy Witches.

Helped Daniel "Needles" Aldred and Gabriel Aufhocker deal with the Fledgling Necromancer.
A local gang of drug dealers were having trouble with a particular crack house, it was inhabited by a Fledgling Necromancer. The gang regularly helped Deyan with problems and the Local gang members bargained for deyan to rid the lair of the problem. Deyan felt honor bound to uphold this deal with these drug dealers. Deyan discovered that Needles and Gabriel were about to raid the Crack house and Deyan helped them by using his burglary skills to case out the lair. This allowed him to find a back door entrance. Deyan then snuck into the necromancers lair in advance and stole the tools, books, and spell regeants of the necromancer, ambushed a few henchemen from the shadows. This made it easier for Deniel and Gabriel to deal with the Necromancer. He later returned to the gang and let them no that deal had been honored and the crack house was rid of their problem.
